Section 34
To be kept in hospital or other similar place
: (1) If any offender sentenced to imprisonment under this Act is unaccompanied, such offender shall be kept in a hospital or other similar medical center by the prison.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the entire period spent in a hospital or medical center shall be considered as the period in which he has served imprisonment.
